STEPHEN D. APOLINSKY

Stephen D. Apolinsky was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended the University of Michigan, earning his B.A. in 1983, and earned his J.D. from Emory Law School in 1987.
Steve, an Atlanta injury lawyer, is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Alabama, and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLAmerica), the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Atlanta Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Dekalb County Bar Association. Steve is a member of the class of 2010 for Leadership Dekalb.
Steve heads the firm’s civil litigation and government relations practices. He has successfully tried over 70 cases to verdict before juries and he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
